Henry Gottesman
President

Henry Gottesman is the founder of International Program Managers (IPM) and joined the Hyperion/Howden group by way of acquisition in 2007 when Hyperion acquired IPM and named Henry as President of Howden Insurance Brokers, Inc. Henry has over 33 years of insurance experience, including 16 years as a specialist broker with a focus on niche casualty products such as Management Liability, Life Sciences and Technology. Additionally, Henry is a member of the Medmarc Insurance Company Advisory Council and the Berkley Life Sciences Broker Council.
Henry holds a graduate degree from Loyola University in Educational Administration and provides regular training to retail brokers in Life Sciences and Technology Insurance.

Rachel Mitnick
Senior Account Manager
Rachel Mitnick joined IPM in 1997 and was named Howden’s Senior Account Manager in 2007. While her expertise is in Management Liability and Professional Liability, she plays an integral role in servicing Life Sciences accounts as well.
Rachel received her undergraduate degree in Political Science from Stern College for Women.

Jillian Zussman
Marketing Director
Jillian Zussman joined the Howden group in 2011 and is the Marketing Director for Howden Insurance Brokers, Inc. With nearly 10 years of experience in retail management, Jillian brings a fresh and unique approach to Howden’s Marketing & Business Development. She is responsible for maintaining relationships with insurance carriers, as well as, targeting retail agents to forge business relationships.
Jillian received her undergraduate degree in Business Management from Thomas Edison State College.

Illana Goldfinger
Account Manager
Illana Goldfinger joined IPM in 2005 and became an Account Manager for Howden in 2007. Illana services Product Liability, Professional Liability and standard lines for the Life Sciences and Technology sectors with a proficiency in clinical trials and kidnap, ransom and crime policies. Illana attended Thomas Edison State College where she majored in Computer Science.
